This 3-day school will be devoted to the study of harmonic and functional analysis, and related topics. The objective is to give participants insights and a taste of research on those areas. During the three days, 6 main lectures will be delivered by Hendra Gunawan. In addition, two special lectures will be delivered by invited lecturers (see below).
Participants are selected undergraduate students who are currently undertaking an S1 program in mathematics or mathematics education at an Indonesian university and have passed Multivariable Calculus and Real Analysis courses.
Those who are interested in the 3-day school should apply by filling the provided form and send it by email to hgunawan@itb.ac.id together with required documents (an academic transcript and a letter of recommendation) by 20 November 2026. About 8-10 participants will be selected from outside ITB and 2-4 participants from ITB. Selected participants will be announced at the latest on 30 November 2026.
Transportation for non-ITB participants will be fully or partially supported, depending on the origin city. Accomodation and allowance for 4 days in Bandung will also be provided for all participants.
